Christopher Weil & Co., a Glendale-based investment firm and brokerage, announced a new senior management structure in which founder Christopher Weil and Richard A. Lane will serve as co-chief executives. At the same time, Weil was elevated to chairman and Lane was named president. Lane had been president of Ellis & Lane Inc.
