Philip B. Sobel has been named president of Caesars World Merchandising Inc., a newly established subsidiary of Los Angeles-based Caesars World Inc. that will develop a private-label product line for the company.
Sobel most recently was vice president-corporate merchandising for Carter Hawley Hale Stores.
