Telephone Company Leases in Norwalk

General Telephone Co. of California has completed negotiations on a nine-year lease valued at $4.3 million with Bechtel Power Corp. for 32,000 square feet of office space in the Bechtel Building in Norwalk.
Crookall, Shirley & Co. represented the telephone compnay, and Cushman & Wakefield represented Bechtel.
