Market Chain to to Open Store on Beverly Hills Site

Mrs. Gooch’s Natural Foods Ranch Market will be incorporated in a city-owned, mixed-use Beverly Hills project expected to open in the spring of 1987.
The Beverly Hills City Council ratified a lease with the market chain valued at more than $5 million for 20,000 square feet of commercial space at street level on the southwest corner of Dayton and Crescent drives.
The George Elkins Co. of Beverly Hills negotiated the lease.
