Sullivan C. Richardson, formerly chief financial officer of the real estate syndication and property management divisions of Butterfield Savings and Loan Assn., has been named to the newly created position of chief financial officer of Birtcher Investments. His duties will include supervising all financial and accounting matters, data processing and syndication structuring functions for the headquarters office.
