Former Los Angeles Express quarterback Frank Seurer, who attended Edison High School in Huntington Beach, was one of eight free agents signed Monday by the Kansas City Chiefs.

Also signed by the Chiefs was wide receiver Emile Harry, who played at Fountain Valley High School and Stanford.
