RCA/Ariola restructured its record operations.

The most significant change is the establishment of three separate operating units--RCA Records-U.S, the company’s domestic label operation, RCA/A&M;/Arista Sales & Distribution, the sales and distribution arm for all of the company’s labels, and RCA/Ariola Records International. Robert A. Buziak has been named president of RCA-U.S., and Sal Licata has been named president of the sales and distribution operation.
