Orion Pictures, Los Angeles, said its board has elected three new directors chosen by Viacom International, which recently acquired a 29% stake in Orion. They are: Gordon E. Belt, Viacom chief financial officer; Mark M. Weinstein, Viacom general counsel, and Viacom Entertainment Group President Jules Haimovitz.
The company said it has scheduled its annual shareholders meeting for July 11 in New York.
