Arcadia : City Yard to Be Relocated

The city has completed plans for relocation of the City Yard, which includes offices for the water and general services divisions, a warehouse and a garage, from its present site at 35 South 5th Ave. to a five-acre site on Goldring Road in the Chicago Park area.
Estimated construction cost for the 16,000-square-foot facility is $3 million.
