Grandview, a 106-unit single-family, detached-home development by California Communities Inc., is holding its grand opening this weekend at 1352 Summitridge Drive in Diamond Bar Hills.

The two-story homes, priced from $169,000 to $202,900, have three or four bedrooms and up to 2 1/2 baths, in plans ranging from 1,900 to 2,765 square feet.

Special features include ceramic tile entries, family rooms with fireplaces and three-car garages. Decorated models may be inspected daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
