9000 Sunset Building Renovation Completed

A $125,000 renovation program has been completed in the lobby and other public areas of the 15-story, 160,000-square-foot 9000 Sunset Building, according to Pacific Building Management Inc. of Beverly Hills, the building’s management firm.

A reflective ceiling with central chandelier has been installed in the entrance lobby, the elevator lobby is down-lighted through soffits, and the terrazzo flooring in both front and rear lobbies has been replaced by carpeting. All corridors and the entrance and signage in the garage have been brightened and modernized.
