International Information Network Inc., based in New York, said it has acquired Megaphone Co. of San Francisco. Terms were not disclosed. The new unit, called Megaphone International, said it signed a $2-million contract with Vynet Corp. of Los Gatos to buy Vynet’s model V1000 telephone voice response system.
