Draper & Kramer Buys Shop Center Specialist

Draper & Kramer Inc., a Chicago-based, full-service real estate firm, has reported the acquisition of Harold J. Carlson Associates, specializing in shopping center management, leasing, marketing and consulting and based in Mount Prospect, Ill., a Chicago suburb.
The announcement said Draper & Kramer plans to take a more active role in the national shopping center industry, with Carlson as a wholly owned subsidiary.
