Grand Jury Foreman Named: James V. Robinson of Newport Beach has been selected foreman of the 1986-87 Orange County Grand Jury, Superior Court Judge Francisco P. Briseno announced this week. Robinson, a native Californian, retired in 1983 as chief executive officer of Robinson Industries Inc., an aerospace manufacturing supply firm. He will lead the newly appointed 19-member watchdog group in its investigations of the various branches and functions of county government.
