Town House Project Opens

The Mooring, a 75-unit town house project, opens today in Hermosa Beach.

Priced from $180,900 to $194,900, the units will have two and three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 1,700 to 1,730 square feet of space.

Among the features are wood-burning fireplaces, greenouse windows, and skylights in master baths and stairwells. The monthly homeowners fee is $93.

Move-ins are scheduled to begin at the end of the month.

The sales office is open daily except Tuesday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 501 Herondo St.
