San Diego’s Kearny Mesa area is enjoying one of the highest retail occupancy levels in the county, withy 96.7% of available space occupied, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. The area is bounded by California 163 on the east, Interstate 805 on the west, Clairemont Mesa Boulevard on the north and Aero Drive on the south.
