Dale J. Fraaza, 34, of Irvine will be admitted as a partner Sept. 1 in Arthur Andersen & Co., a worldwide accounting firm. Fraaza, a tax lawyer, joined the firm in Milwaukee in 1977 and transferred to Costa Mesa in 1981.
The accounting firm also named seven new managers in its Orange County office. They are G. Edgar Cheeseman, 31, of Cerritos; Thomas V. Croal, 27, of Santa Ana; J. Scott Farber, 27, of Irvine; Richard E. Tomlin, 28, of Costa Mesa; John W. Townsend Jr., 27, of Irvine; Vesandra L. Van Arnem, 35, of Newport Beach and J. Scott Young, 27, of Fountain Valley.
