Ex-Sen. Tsongas Receives Bone Marrow Transplant

BOSTON — Former Sen. Paul E. Tsongas was in “excellent spirits” Thursday after undergoing a bone marrow transplant in his battle with cancer, hospital officials said. Tsongas was listed in good condition at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
