Nantucket, a gated condominium complex by Barratt Irvine, opens this weekend in Canoga Park with occupancy slated for December.

Designed by Jack Chernoff, the $4-million project offers 46 resort-style one- and two-bedroom units priced from $71,990 to $88,990 with a monthly homeowners’ fee of $85.78.

The Laguna plan is for those who wish to share ownership. There are two master suites on opposite sides of the living area.

Carpeting, mini-blinds, air conditioning, washer and dryer, private balcony or fenced patio are among the features. Common areas are landscaped and surround a swimming pool and sundeck.
