EECO Inc. said Robert B. Bonney has been named chairman of the board, replacing Burgess Dempster, who died recently. Bonney, 72, who helped found EECO in 1947, previously had been the Santa Ana electronics firm’s co-chairman. Dempster, a long-time Santa Ana resident, was 78 when he died Sept. 26 following a short illness.
