Sierracin named Kent P. Nealis, 29, to the new position of manager for financial planning and analysis. He was previously a staff accountant with the Los Angeles Times, a management and finance instructor at Antelope Valley College and a financial analyst with Hughes Aircraft. In his new post at Sierracin, a Sylmar-based aerospace and electronics company, Nealis will report directly to the president, Joseph F. Swyt.
