New Laws Back Minorities in Yugoslav Province

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — The government has passed three new laws aimed at protecting the Serb and Montenegrin minorities in predominantly Albanian Kosovo province, the leading daily newspaper Politika said Thursday.
