Employees Buy Iliff, Thorn & Co.

Thirty five Iliff, Thorn & Co. management and key sales people, including members of the San Diego and Carlsbad offices, have purchased all the assets of the commercial real estate brokerage company from its parent, Petro-Lewis Corp. of Denver, Colo. The company would not divulge the purchase figure.
The company’s co-founder and chairman, George S. Iliff, serves as chief executive officer and president and heads the group of several dozen investors.
