Yamaha Motor Purchases 66-Acre Parcel in Cypress

Yamaha Motor Corp. USA has purchased six acres of land adjacent to the company’s 20-acre site in CC&F; Cypress Business Center, Cypress. The Anaheim office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Yamaha and the seller, CC&F; Cypress-Katella Investment Co., in the $5-million transaction.
