Arrowhead Sites for Sale

Totem Pole Point, a development of 19 home sites at Lake Arrowhead, has opened with lots priced from $225,000 to about $500,000. Two have been sold.

All except one of the 19 lots are lake-front properties, and the 18 sites include private slips and rights to build boat docks.

Totem Pole Point is part of Unocal Land & Development Co.’s Westshore project, which began in 1983, with the offering of 28 residential lots at Rainbow Point, adjacent to Totem Pole Point. Rainbow Point is 75% sold at lot prices from $120,000 to $415,000 each.
