UA and Interscope agreed to co-finance films.

Up to nine motion pictures will be produced by Interscope Communications and distributed domestically by United Artists over three years. The parties will share revenue as well as the cost of financing, producing, marketing and distribution of the films. Interscope licensed the videocassette rights to the films in the United States and Canada to Vestron Inc. and for foreign theatrical, home video and TV distribution to Interaccess Film Distribution.
