Marina Roof Structures Must Get Board’s OK

The Marina del Rey Design Control Board is requiring developers to obtain board approval for all rooftop structures, including satellite dishes and television antennas.

Lessees who have unapproved rooftop structures must submit building plans to the board by Feb. 9. The board may require screening to conceal antennas from public view.
