Office Aims for ‘One-Stop’ Real Estate Services

RE/MAX of California has opened what it claims is Los Angeles County’s first real estate “mega-office” at 225 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Manhattan Beach. The office, designed to provide the conveniences of “one-stop” shopping for buyers and sellers, combines 75 real estate agents with firms providing relocation, mortgage, escrow and insurance services.
