Westlake Village-based Incomnet appointed Robert K. Potter to the post of president. Former Incomnet President Charan Lohara continues as chief executive and chairman. Potter formerly was with AT&T; for 35 years. Incomnet designs, manufactures and supports information delivery hardware and software systems.
