“Real Estate ‘87,” a forecast of the Los Angeles basin commercial and industrial realty markets, will be presented Tuesday at the Sheraton Grande Hotel, from 4 to 6 p.m. by Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage.
Harold A. Ellis Jr., chairman of Grubb & Ellis Co., George Smith, chairman of the firm’s affiliate, George Smith Financial Services, and nine senior brokers from the organization’s various branch offices will discuss trends in the office, industrial, retail and investment markets.
