Australian television star Rebecca Gilling, 33, has scored a diplomatic coup. Jakarta newspapers said her visit this week to Indonesia--where her series “Return to Eden” has become the most popular television show--has injected a new note of friendship into the shaky relations between Australia and Indonesia. Ministers and otherwise staid government officials have been spotted among the throngs of autograph seekers.
