Odyssey Film Partners agreed to buy a color lab.

Odyssey said it has signed a letter of intent to acquire United Color Labs, Hollywood’s fourth-largest independent color film processor, for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock. Odyssey said United Color would become a subsidiary and that Jerry Harrison, its owner and president, would continue to head the firm.
