Gibraltar Financial Corp., Beverly Hills, named Linda K.S. Blount vice president-corporate communications and investor relations. She was previously manager of investor relations for Santa Monica-based Lear Siegler.

Separately, the company announced that Charles E. McCain has been appointed treasurer of Gibraltar Savings, its principal subsidiary.
