Summit Health Acquires Medicscript Inc. of Brea

Medicscript Inc., a pharmaceutical repackaging company based in Brea, has been acquired Summit Health Ltd., a Los Angeles-based health care company.

A spokesman for Summit said that the company purchased 1,000 shares of Medicscript’s outstanding common stock from the shareholders. However, he declined to reveal the amount paid for the stock.

Summit’s existing pharmaceutical division will be incorporated into Medicscript’s own operation, which now generates $1.5 million in annual sales.
