L. A. Trade Center Funds Obtained

Sonnenblick-Goldman Corp. of California has obtained a $55-million leasehold first mortgage for the Los Angeles World Trade Center office building and parking garage at 350 S. Figueroa St.
The 15-year first mortgage financing was obtained from Home Savings & Loan in Irwindale.
The Los Angeles World Trade Center is an eight-story office tower, containing 350,000 square feet of space, on top of a 2,500-car garage that is the largest parking facility in downtown Los Angeles.
