Computer College Buys Wilshire Building

The Cannell & Chaffin Building, a 41,000-square-foot brick structure at 3000 Wilshire Boulevard, has been sold for about $2.33 million to Wilshire Computer College, which will use the building as its new headquarters.

Seller Cannell & Chaffin Inc., which is relocating downtown, was represented in the transaction by the downtown office of Charles Dunn Co. Wilshire Computer College was represented by an independent broker affiliated with Beitler & Associates of Los Angeles.
