Wickes Cos. of Santa Monica said it has sold its Irvine-based Sequoia Supply wholesale lumber and building supply segment to members of Sequoia’s management, for undisclosed terms . . . Century 21 Real Estate Corp., Irvine, said it sold a master franchise for an undisclosed price to a French group Cofradi, which will solicit real estate offices to become Century 21 franchises in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Monaco.
