Benchmark Signs Lease for Hutton Centre Offices

Benchmark Inc., a firm specializing in real estate appraisal, has signed a 10-year lease for nearly 10,000 square feet of office space in the Hutton Centre, an office development in Santa Ana. The total value of the lease is $2.3 million.
The company will occupy the space at 3 Hutton Centre beginning April 1. The space is co-owned by Hewitt Associates, which is the major tenant in the building, and Schneider Commercial Real Estate.
