Reagan to Speak at AIDS Meeting in Philadelphia

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will speak Wednesday at a medical forum in Philadelphia dealing with AIDS research, the White House announced Friday. Reagan will also speak at Independence Hall to groups observing the bicentennial of the Constitution, a spokesman said.
