Archive Corp. said Monday that it has named B.J. Rone its vice president of finance and administration. Rone succeeds Joseph I. Martin, who left the Costa Mesa high-tech company to pursue other business interests.

Rone previously was senior vice president and chief financial officer of NetAmerica Corp., a telecommunications company. He also was chief financial officer of the Mostek Corp. subsidiary of United Technologies and a financial manager with Texas Instruments. Archive manufactures a line of computer data storage backup devices.
