Suzanne Somers will return to series television this fall as star of Lorimar’s first-run syndicated comedy “Suddenly Sheriff.” It will be her first regular appearance since her role as Chrissy on ABC’s “Three’s Company.” Ironically, “Suddenly Sheriff” originally was to have starred Priscilla Barnes, the actress who replaced Somers in “Three’s Company.” Somers plays a housewife-turned-sheriff.
