A Philippine brewer agreed to sell a 13.9% stake.

San Miguel Corp. of Manila accepted a bid from Bond Corp. Holdings Ltd. of Australia. Bidders included Anheuser-Busch Inc. and other potential U.S. buyers. Bond’s offer of $7.53 per share for 14.3 million shares in San Miguel, the Philippines’ largest beverage and food concern, is worth an estimated $105 million.
