American Completes Its Acquisition of Air Cal Inc.

American Airlines said Thursday it had officially completed its $225-million acquisition of Newport Beach-based AirCal Inc. Common stock shareholders of ACI Holdings, AirCal’s parent company, will be paid $15 per share by American, the company said.
