John M. Richards was named executive vice president-finance and administration of San Francisco-based Potlatch Corp. L. Pendleton Siegel will succeed him as senior vice president-finance and chief financial officer. The changes are part of a realignment in advance of the planned retirement July 1 of Roderick M. Steele, president and CEO.
