Land Purchased in Oceanside Park

American National Funding Corp. has purchased 338 acres in Oceanside’s Rancho Del Oro Technology Park from the park’s master developer, Collins Development Co., for more than $50 million.
American National, a Los Angeles-based investment firm, also has signed a contract with Collins calling for Collins to develop and market an undetermined amount of commercial and industrial space on the property.
