CALIFORNIA - News from May 17, 1987

Quantum Corp. of Milpitas named Stephen M. Berkley chairman and CEO and David A. Brown president. Berkley succeeds James L. Patterson, who will remain a director and chairman of the firm’s subsidiary, Plus Development Corp. Berkley will continue as president and a director of Plus Development. Brown, who is one of Quantum’s founders, also will assume the duties of chief operating officer from David B. Pratt, who is resigning to become CEO of another organization.
