Monrovia : Properties to Be Purchased

The Redevelopment Agency will spend $477,000 to acquire five residential properties on East Cypress Avenue as part of the city’s redevelopment plans for the East Huntington Drive area. The city has been acquiring sites in the area for four years for an office complex and needs to reach agreement with seven more owners.
