METAIRIE, La. — David Duke, a former national Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan, said Wednesday that he is a candidate for President. Duke, who will seek the Democratic nomination, said he is running to offer voters a choice between himself and “radical liberal Jesse Jackson.”
