$12-Million Phase of Xerox Centre Complete

The $12-million, 12-story second phase of the four-phase Xerox Centre has been completed at El Segundo and Continental boulevards in El Segundo. The 256,000-square-foot office tower, developed by Xerox Realty Corp. and Homart Development Co., was designed by Gensler & Associates, Century City.
