Mountain View, Calif.-based Daisy Systems Corp. named Rodney F. Sloss vice president, chief financial officer and secretary, effective immediately. Sloss, 43, served as vice president and chief financial officer of Cordura Corp. from 1982 to 1987. He replaces Sol Kershner, who has resigned as senior vice president, chief financial officer and secretary.
